We understand for some people it’s a problem getting to medical appointments.
A physical or psychological injury may be sufficiently disabling to prevent safe driving. Appointment times may not enable lifts from relatives or friends. For the impecunious, taxi (or train and even bus) fares may be a cost that’s impossible to meet. Specific forms of transport may be problematic (perhaps due to an accident induced phobia or anxiety).
TraumaCare offers a transport concierge service. The costs are fully transparent and we offer insurers the opportunity to limit costs with a proactive response to the issue.
Claim handlers receive a complete package of transport estimates for agreement and implementation. We are also happy to agree costs direct with insurers if instructed from the claimant side.
