Initial Treatment
TraumaCare offers a free telephone review for accident victims who don’t have obviously catastrophic injuries. The service is particularly appropriate for injuries which may benefit from early treatment such as physiotherapy or psychological support.
An experienced treatment co-ordinator will discuss the treatments available to the accident victim and what they offer to assist in recovery from the effects of the accident.
At TraumaCare we believe injured parties should be empowered in their decision to embark upon rehabilitation. Immediate access to the treating practitioner enables the patient to discuss directly their symptoms and the treatment approaches.
Initial Needs Assessment
For complex injures TraumaCare can arrange a full initial needs assessment with an independent and suitably qualified case manager. We have the flexibility to ensure the specialist has particular expertise in the injury in question.
