Unfortunately rehabilitation costs are increasingly being challenged by insurers. Rehab may be perceived as primarily a means for profit generation rather than meeting a patient’s needs. This is particularly the case for physiotherapy and increasingly for psychological therapy.

TraumaCare works with both claimant instructed solicitors and defending insurers. We don’t pay referral fees and we don’t have large corporate overheads to fund. We provide quality of care at competitive rates, which helps avoids inflated costs disputes.

Price Match

We are happy to negotiate rehab costs direct with insurers and match agreed rates they may have with their own service providers (for like for like treatment). This enables solicitors to keep control of rehab and its consequent reporting but avoid problems  with disputed costs.
